In March, 1957 a testimonial dinner at the Park Sheraton Hotel was thrown for Joe and Clara Pilates by their friends and students. This a copy of the program (front photo missing) and the menu for the event. Notable are the speakers, as well as the quotes attributed to Joe Pilates.
