Re-Introducing Lost Apparatus

Pilates at The Pillow™ is known for being first in the pilates world to re-introduce lost apparatus, invented by Joe, as well as his teachings that have not been taught since he passed over 50 years ago. We do this both in workshop and experiential forms and incorporate both original apparatus and reproductions. 

These workshops and experiences, along with lectures on science and history that support Joe’s original writings and teachings, make for a truly unique study and practice of The Art and Science of Contrology™.
