I was so thrilled recently when Pilatesology visited Rhinebeck Pilates to film Sean Gallagher. As always, Sean did an amazing job with his tutorial on how to assess and teach people with certain hip, knee, and ankle imbalances through use of the reformer, Wunda Chair, and Cadillac. It was an amazing mini-workshop and I was lucky enough to be his student in the video! Even more exciting was my interview with Sean about his book, The Joseph H. Pilates Archive Collection. This video will be awesome! We discuss the book and also look through it and discuss the images within.
