Single class/$20; 5 pack/$90; 10 Pack of ½ Hour Classes/$150
This class varies weekly and could contain any of the following: Foot Corrector, Magic Circle, Bean Bag, 2×4, Bar, Toe Corrector, etc. Utilizing a variety of small apparatus, this class will stretch and strengthen your whole body and will improve your practice across the systems. A great way to add variety to your weekly workouts!
Small apparatus can be rented from Rhinebeck Pilates for this class.
