We have FUN at Rhinebeck Pilates! These are just a few ways that we like to end our pilates classes in the studio! Here are two of my students, Barbara and Claire, after their reformer class the other day! These hanging exercises on the Cadillac are known as some of the “Classical Endings” that Joseph Pilates used to teach after sessions. Love it.
