Want to develop wrist strength for push up and plank positions? Ready to feel stronger whenever your hands are on the foot bar or the push through bar? Do your pull-ups need a boost?
This 30-minute class features the Bean Bag Roll-Up Device and a weighted/unweighted bar. The Bean Bag is a simple yet very powerful accessory found in pilates studios across the world, and is the perfect way to improve grip strength, and well as wrist, hand, and arm strength. We will focus on exercises with the Bean Bag, along with exercises using the weighted bar. Matwork is included in relation to a common theme carried throughout class each week. Learn how the Bean Bag and the bar can enhance and advance your practice across the pilates systems.
What you need to join: a bean bag device, bar (weighted or unweighted)
