New Workshop with Sean Gallagher
Sean Gallagher will be back on Sunday, January 15, 2017 to teach a workshop about using foam rollers and balls to actively release and stretch trigger points.
The workshop will teach you how to use foam rollers and balls with your clients and yourself to actively release and stretch the dysfunctional myofascial trigger points. Learning to facilitate fascial planes force transmissions patterns that are endemic in the human structure. Participants will learn how to use rollers and balls as a way to incorporate changes that can be helpful in supporting a pilates practice, to enhance and support the body in general, and to maintain it in the steady state of optimum function by allowing a dynamic reciprocal balance. This balance permits the body to function with ease when the demands are made on physiological activity of the musculoskeletal system. It also provides way to maintain a dynamic posture and decrease stress relationship of all body parts.
