The Guillotine is a great assessment tool for articulation, stability and flexibility. It creates an environment for developing mobility and strength of the hips and spine. Because of the way this equipment is naturally built, the vertical slider allows more room to explore a deeper stretch in the lower-back and hamstring areas. It can also be modified to all levels for both lower and upper body exercises. This is great for women who are seeking to build upper body strength in their hands, wrist, forearms and shoulders. Also excellent to practice balance as your feet are on the unstable rolling bar, which provides even more feedback to the nervous system and therefore challenges the balance.
