By popular demand, we have added a new TRX class to our summer schedule- Thursdays at 12 noon with Kate. TRX is a great form of exercise that uses suspension training to oppose gravity through movements and exercises similar to pilates. It’s a lot of fun and quite challenging, too! Sign-up Here
Additionally, we also have TRX on Tuesdays at 8:15am.
