Sessions with an Apprentice Teacher
Rhinebeck Pilates is excited to offer a unique and affordable opportunity to practice pilates on the equipment. Our mat class teacher, Sarah Shea, is now ready to begin teaching private sessions!  For a limited time, while she is working towards her full certification, private sessions with Sarah are being offered to beginners at a discounted rate. Private sessions with an apprentice teacher are an excellent way for beginner pilates students to learn the method and for mat class students to try out the equipment.  As Sarah nears completion of her certification and continues to grow as a teacher, her rates will increase.  So if you’re thinking of trying pilates or getting back into it, now is the perfect time!
